Thaelis-Y'Arda is a fictional realm forged by elements and bound by time, a world of fleeting order in a sea of eternal chaos.
Creation[]
Thousands of cycles ago, Tey'Kor-Akx , the World-Weaver, pulled itself from the formless black Void, its existence imposing ineffable Laws and setting time into motion. In its wake followed other great spirits that would come to be known as the Primordials, the first of their lines. In time, Tey'Kor-Akx saw fit to bind the other Primordials together in a conglomerate that it found to be pleasing, and the world of Thaelis-Y'Arda was born.
The world's surface is defined by three great continents, where the back of Orboros breaks through Dagon's surface. These land masses are Araia, Naen and Vaishun.
Mythology[]
Thaelis-Y'Aada boasts an extensive and rich theological landscape. Types of deity include Primordials, gods, watchers and primeval dragons. These great spiritual entities organise themselves into divine courts and curry the worship of mortals in various pantheons so cosmic politics might swing in their favour.
